At Hollow Brook Coffee, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality with every order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Fresh Coffee Products
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened coffee within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Quality Issues: If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards, contact us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Opened Products: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless there is a quality or defect issue.
Apparel & Merchandise
Unworn apparel with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@hollowbrookcoffee.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
