About Our Coffee
Is your coffee freshly roasted?
Yes! We roast our coffee fresh to order, ensuring you receive the freshest beans possible. Your coffee is roasted within 1-3 business days of your order.
What's the difference between single origin and blends?
Single origin coffee comes from one specific farm or region, offering unique flavor profiles. Blends combine beans from multiple origins for balanced, consistent flavor.
How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer. For best flavor, use within 2-4 weeks of opening.
What grind size should I choose?
It depends on your brewing method: coarse for French press, medium for drip coffee makers, fine for espresso. We're happy to grind it for you or you can order whole bean.

Our mushroom coffee tastes like premium coffee! The functional mushrooms add earthy depth without overpowering the rich coffee flavor.

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited (2-3 days) and express (1-2 days) options. Orders over $50 ship free!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations only for Apparel. We can not ship coffee out of the U.S at this time. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened coffee and unworn apparel within 30 days. If there's a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@hollowbrookcoffee.com with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How do your apparel items fit?

Yes! Unworn items with original tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
